Welcome to Orinoco - The Oxfordshire Scrapstore. Orinoco is a charity, based in Oxford, committed to banishing boredom and saving the world. We promote recycling, art and creative play through education and direct action. We are here for everyone: mums, dads, children, young people, teachers, childcare professionals, artists... From our store in Headington we supply paint, scrap materials and tools that we have sourced from businesses and rescued from the tip. The store is open from 11am to 4pm on Saturdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. We can, subject to staff/volunteer availability, open at other times during the week, please phone for an appointment. We are open to everyone. You don’t have to be a member to shop with us but members receive benefits including: 50% discounts on most items, regular stock updates and invites to our special events / training days. You can stay up to date by joining this Mailing list, you'll get an email whenever amazing new stock arrives or there is a special event. Using Storenews
To post a message to all the list members, send email to storenews@oxorinoco.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Storenews
